Embodiment Mentoring
for Men

You may not understand what feels off. You may only know that the life you built, the goals you hit, the role you keep playing, or the version of yourself you thought you would have become by now no longer feels like enough.

There is nothing wrong with you.

You may simply be living too far from yourself.

Embodiment Mentoring for Men is a return to the man beneath the achievement, the expectation, the relentless doing, and the mental noise.

A way of coming back into your body, your heart, your values, your passion and the deeper authority that already belongs to you.

What does embodiment mean for a man?

I get it “embodiment” may mean nothing.

Yet it may be exactly the bridge that brings you into feeling more like yourself. Not who you’re supposed to be for others but that electric version of you you thought you would have arrived at if you stayed the track.

Here’s where my work is a little confrontational-- the "track"you’ve been offered is a trap. An endless loop of achievement that no matter the goals you hit you still feel like there should be more.

You may be wildly successful or still aiming for a destination that keeps shifting. I wanna say cleanly you’ve done nothing wrong and it’s not your fault. The program led you away from yourself.

Why do men get stuck in their heads?

Men were offered a blueprint -- get the career, marry, have the kids, get the house, and it will all work out. And when it doesn’t it can feel like you’ve somehow failed or missed the mark.

It’s not true. You are meant to be more than just a mental task rabbit. Your mind and ability to focus single-handedly on what’s in front of you are among your greatest of gifts. You make shit happen and forge industry, new ideas come into being through your actions.

Men and women are different. In our thoughts, in our design, in the way we accomplish even ordinary tasks.

Your masculine mind is brilliant at doing.

But when you are not embodied, running toward a goal that you hope will make it all click into place, you’ll never be able to feel like you got there.

Moving From the Mind Into the Body

Your values are not meant to be concepts you admire. They are meant to become the way you move, choose, speak, love, lead, and hold your word. Embodiment is what closes the distance between the man you believe yourself to be and the man your actions reveal.

Your body and your heart are the missing ingredients. You are not built for logic alone, nor do you need to become more sensitive at the expense of your masculine strengths.

Awareness is what lets you see the patterns, reactions, choices, and unconscious behaviors that may be running the show. Accountability is what allows you to do something with what you see.

This is where embodiment becomes practical. You notice what is out of alignment with

your values, take responsibility for what is yours, and choose differently.

Bringing men into the landscape of the heart is about being able to feel fulfillment fully. That’s embodiment.

When doing is a destination, the next thing, the next advancement, you may not be able to feel the celebrations and reflect on the achievements already earned. To stand proud in this moment and feel full of not what you will do or have done, but the glory of being here now.

Your heart is a muscle and like any other can be strengthened to bring you into greatness.

A man who is safe, whose values guide him, who honors and values his word and allows the actions to follow.

That is a man who cannot be denied.

Why I Work with Men

This page is for you because I want it to exist.

I genuinely love men and believe deeply in who you are, what you carry, and what becomes possible when the masculine is restored to himself.

My own path is deeply rooted in the Feminine Mysteries. I know the feminine intimately and have spent decades inside her landscapes. And somewhere along the way, serving men became part of my own call to service.

I believe our world needs men who are fully here.

Men in their hearts without being feminized.

Men who know their values, live by their word,

express their passion, and carry a presence others can feel.

Women cannot create the world that comes next alone. Nor should we.

So yes, I created this work specifically for men. Not because you need fixing, and certainly not because I want you to become more like women.

I want to serve men to become more fully men.

Passion, PResence, Purpose

In my years of working with men, this is my formula. You are a vital and unstoppable force not through endless effort or by pushing harder. When these three things are restored everything in you becomes more alive.

PassioN

Passion is your aliveness and it's far beyond sexual. Duh.

It is what moves through you before duty edits it. Desire. Curiosity. Creativity. Pleasure. Fire. The things that make you feel distinctly, undeniably alive.

When passion disappears, life can feel flat and you may spend years trying to get back to a former version of yourself.

Passion reminds you that your life is not only something to manage, provide for, or get through. Life is something you are meant to feel.

We don’t need an old you from the glory days. We call forward the mature, life-lived-and-walked man whose passion for life is its own superpower.

Presence

Presence is your capacity to inhabit yourself, yeah… that’s the embodiment piece. To remain here rather than disappearing into thought, reaction, work, distraction, or the future.

presence is integrity made visible.

Your values are not somewhere in the background while your actions tell another story. You know what you stand for, you honor your word, and when you fall out of alignment, you have the awareness to see it and the accountability to correct it.

There is tremendous power in a man who is actually present, because he is not fragmented inside himself. What he says, what he values, and how he moves through the world begin to match.

That is what allows others to feel safe in his presence. Not perfection. Coherence.

You do not need to rule the room or command attention. Presence has its own gravity, and others feel when a man is fully there.

He is trusted. He feels safe to stand beside because what he says and how he lives are aligned.

Purpose

Purpose is not a goal you’ve somehow been missing. It is what begins to emerge when passion restores your vitality and presence brings you into alignment with the man you know yourself to be.

A man wants to feel that his life matters. That what he builds, creates, gives, protects, leads, teaches, or leaves behind has impact. There is something deeply fulfilling in knowing your time was used well, that your life carried weight beyond simply getting through it.

Family may give you enormous purpose, and still there can be a part of you asking for more. Not more achievement for achievement’s sake, but the satisfaction of knowing you did what you were here to do.

You stop forging toward the next destination and are restored to creation. Big ideas, work that matters, something you are proud to put your name on, a legacy that may live in people, family, contribution, business, service, art, leadership, or the life you shaped simply by being fully in it.

Purpose is where vitality becomes impact.

Is embodiment mentoring the same as embodiment coaching for men?

Nope!

I’m not a men’s performance coach. I’m not here to turn you into a spiritual dude or teach you how to optimize your life into one more achievement. I work with men who want to know themselves more deeply, trust themselves more fully, and live with greater purpose, presence, and passion.

I help you see the patterns in behavior, the lapses in values,

the actions you keep hoping will land you somewhere different.

I’m not gonna fix you but I will be your ally in speaking honestly and aligning your life to the man you want to be. He’s not evading you, he just hasn’t been given safe parameters yet in which to emerge.

Why Work WIth Andye?

Maybe you’ve had therapists in the past and the talking felt like talking in circles but not getting you where you want to be.

This is not therapy, nor is it coaching. I don’t have a desired outcome for you promising a playbook to land you there.

Mentoring means I’m wise, and I’ve lived through some life. I walk beside you in reclaiming who you want to be. And I won’t let you waffle on your word. Your commitment is to you and your willingness to participate is where your success lies.

We can engage in intimacy safely, not sexually charged or with any other objective other than being seen wholly without judgement. I’m not attached to who you become as a partner may be.

I know my boundaries and know myself so you can relax in the structure of a container that asks nothing of you other than to be fully, honestly, unequivocally you.

The version of you you want to be, try to be, and thought you would be that somehow eluded you for a bit longer than you’d expected.

Embodiment mentoring for men is not about changing the man you are.

It is about bringing more of you online, strengthening what is already inherently masculine while giving you greater access to heart, body, values, purpose, presence, and the inner resources that allow you to live with greater integrity, vitality, and impact.

What does Embodiment Mentoring for Men look like?

Men evolve differently. And I’m intentional with that word. This is not about healing something broken. It is evolution, coming more fully into yourself through greater awareness, choice, and embodiment.

One of the capacities I value deeply in the men I work with is reflection. Not endless rumination or circling the same story, but the willingness to look honestly at an unconscious action, behavior, or pattern and ask, Is this actually who I want to be? Does this align with the man I say I am?

That moment matters more than you may know.

Because once something unconscious becomes visible, you have choice. You can continue it, reject it, or allow what you’ve seen to refine you.

This is where values stop being ideas and become embodied. Your word means something because your actions begin to match it. Integrity is no longer something you aspire to, but something you practice.

Your masculine capacity to focus and compartmentalize can serve you powerfully here. You do not need to live inside every realization forever. You can reflect, take responsibility for what is yours, integrate what is true, and move forward differently.

Embodiment mentoring for men looks a little different for this reason and will be crafted around what supports you best. It may not look like a three-month journey because the work is customized around the patterns, choices, and objectives that will bring you into greater alignment with the man you know yourself to be.

Who Is This Work For?

Not everyone is ready for change. It’s much easier to stay inside familiar patterns, even when they no longer serve you. Many people live their lives there.

I work best with men who have the capacity to be self-reflective, who can look inwardly without immediately blaming others or circumstance.

Men who desire change because what they’ve been doing, tolerating, or avoiding is no longer acceptable.

Men who do not avoid accountability, because they understand that responsibility is rich ground to stand upon.

Men who are willing to look honestly at the unconscious actions, behaviors, and patterns that may be out of alignment with the values they say they hold.

And men who are ready to let that awareness change how they live.

This is where values stop being ideas and

become the way you live.

I will neither participate in the story that keeps you stuck nor talk you out of what you know is true. I am committed instead to you honoring your truth and finally feeling safe enough to live it so change can occur.

I love my Gen X and Millennial men who are struggling to reconcile why it never feels like enough.

I am a truth speaker, a deep empath, who can walk alongside you in change. I won’t ask anything of you that you’re not ready to be for yourself.

When you’re ready, let’s start the conversation.

Loving you fiercely through the dimensions of transformation since 2008.
